Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Gurxan is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes applied to your order upon entry into your destination country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged Packages & Support
If your order arrives damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at support@gurxan.store with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and outer packaging. We will prioritize sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
