Refund and Return Policy
We want you to love every piece in your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Gurxan, we are here to help.
12-Day Return Window
We offer a 12-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
 * The item must be in the same condition that you received it (unused, unwashed, and undamaged).
 * The item must be in its original packaging.
 * You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return
 * Contact our customer support team at support@gurxan.store with your order number and the reason for the return.
 * If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
 * Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
 * Damaged/Incorrect Items: If the return is due to a defect, damage in transit, or an error on our part, Gurxan will provide a pre-paid return label or process a full replacement at no additional cost to you.
 * Change of Mind / Customer Preference: If you choose to return an item due to personal preference, size mismatches, or change of mind, the customer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
